How to Use:
Clean the surface of the part and remove any dust or dirt before application.
Wear protective gloves before handling.
Take an appropriate amount, knead until soft and uniform, then apply.
UV Curing Time:
Thickness 1mm to 5mm: Requires 20 seconds to 5 minutes under UV light.
Curing time varies based on thickness and UV light power.
The putty generates heat during curing. Avoid touching it until fully hardened to maintain adhesion strength.
Precautions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (Recommended: 5°C to 30°C).
Use a 395nm UV light (3W to 5W) for proper curing.
Curing results are not guaranteed with non-Gemo UV lights.
Heat is generated during curing—avoid contact until fully cooled.
Always wear gloves when handling.
Dispose of according to local regulations.
